1. Speak directly to the audience. Do NOT read off slides or notes.
2. Demonstrate confidence
(Use a slow, clear, loud voice. Use tall posture which confidently expands into space. Face towards your entire audience and NOT towards your slides. Use natural hand gestures.
3. Do not have more than 10 words on a slide. IMAGES are more powerful. Some slides should have no words at all. If you must have words, make sure it can be read at the back of the class.
4. Entertain us! Tell us a story! Involve us. Speak with us.
5. Be yourself, but be your professional self. Dress in your bests. Make sure you've showered. You're selling yourself and your idea.
